We think about the context within which the appointed candidate will be required to operate. Those who shine in one environment do not always retain their lustre when transported to another. When you are trying to build a team or strengthen an existing one, individual brilliance may sometimes be less important than mutual compatibility.
Our methods
- Database search (using specialized software) – our database holds over 30,000 Romanian professionals in all sectors, including finance, legal, banking, corporate finance, real estate, engineering and sales and marketing.
- Requesting recommendations and references from contacts and candidates in the sector in question.
- Researching the market, targeting appropriate companies and identifying interesting potential candidates.
- Extensive telephone and email canvassing.
- Use of forums, e-groups and social media to identify candidates.
- Advertising in national newspapers and magazines, with prior approval of the client. The costs of such advertisements are passed on to the client without any surcharge on our part.
- The average time taken to complete an assignment is about three weeks.
- When speed is essential for our client or the recruited position requires a faster solution we can deliver candidates very quickly.
- Candidate guarantee period in case of replacement.
- We replace free of charge a candidate who ceases to work for our client for whatever reason within three months of being employed.
