Client: well-regarded financial institution
Responsibilities:
You will provide legal advice and representation for the company, defending its rights and legitimate interests in dealings with public authorities and institutions, as well as with any legal or natural persons, both Romanian and foreign.
You will monitor the development of normative acts and communicate the company’s legal obligations, contributing to fulfilling the company’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include providing legal assistance to all company departments and performing necessary legal activities to prevent risks and ensure compliance with applicable legislation within the company and in its relationships with third parties.
You will also oversee and analyze the legislative regulations relevant to the company and disseminate pertinent information to management and relevant departments. Additionally, you will prepare the necessary documentation for legal formalities in cases of amendments to the articles of incorporation, ensuring that documents are properly registered with the Trade Register.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software
Strong knowledge of English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong relational, mediation, and persuasion abilities
Familiarity with company law and data protection legislation; experience in these areas is advantageous.
Knowledge of capital market legislation and regulations from the Financial Supervisory Authority in the capital market is also a plus.
