Education: A university degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related field.
Experience: Extensive experience in indirect tax, specifically VAT, 10 years or more, preferably in a multinational environment.
Technical skills: Strong technical knowledge of VAT legislation, excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel), and experience with tax technology solutions
Leadership and soft skills: Strong commercial, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage client relationships, lead a team, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Language: Fluency in English is essential, and other languages are considered a plus
