4 to 6 years of relevant experience, ideally within a consulting, professional services or law firm.
Strong understanding of Personal Income Tax and Social Security laws and regulations (domestic, EU and international), including expatriate taxation, executive compensation and workforce tax matters.
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver projects within deadlines and budgets.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
A mindset for development of tax technology tools and streamlining processes is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
